In addition, we may disclose your personal information in cases when required to do so by law or seeking to protect our rights or interests, also when intending to sell part of the company’s business or assets, or to reorganize the company (and during such processes) we are asked to disclose your personal data to any (potential) buyer of such business or assets, or to other participants in the reorganization.
